Abstract
Congenital airway malformation (CAAM) is a rare congenital lung anomaly characterized by the appearance of cystic masses in the lung tissue. UPDP type III represents a distinct subtype of this disease characterized by unique pathologic features. This article details the case history of a patient with type III VPPDP, highlighting the clinical presentation, diagnostic measures, treatments, and outcomes, as well as a brief review including terminology, history, epidemiology, and classification of the disease.
