ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF ORDINATORS IN «RADIOLOGY» SPECIALTY WITH ELEMENTS OF SIMULATION TRAINING
Abstract
The independent work of residents is an important part of the educational process. The active application of simulation training elements in the organization of the independent work of residents becomes one of the leading factors in the training of a qualified specialist in radiology. Teachers of the scientific, clinical and educational center «Medical Radiology and Nuclear Medicine» of the medical faculty of St. Petersburg State University have created an effective system for organizing the independent work of residents with elements of simulation training for audience and non audience educational activities. Methodological methods of organizing independent work, such as training in the analysis of radiologic images and the formation of skills in the creation of radiologic examinations protocols, work with the «Workshop on Medical Radiology», preparing the referats - presentations and clinical cases, preparing a portfolio and work with educational, methodological and scientific literature, are highlighted. Rational organization of independent work allows to improve significantly the quality of medical training in residency and successfully cope with practical tasks when undergoing Primary specialized accreditation.
